United Rentals is hiring an Equipment Associate to support branch operations and provide labor assistance to service technicians and sales staff. You will perform a variety of manual tasks to keep equipment ready for rental and ensure customer needs are met.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service, with opportunities for advancement through our driver and technician development programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated effective communication and teamwork.
• Strong attention to safety in all tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Check equipment for damage, hours used, mileage and fuel level on return to the branch.
• Inspect equipment for safety decals and proper working order.
