Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; or six months to one year related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide; read product specifications and assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per published requirements and drawings.
• Operate and maintain equipment; perform routine adjustments and minor repairs.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and ensure quality.
• Communicate issues to team members to foster proactive solutions.
