Job summary

Catapult is seeking a Program Operations Manager to support CORRAL’s Join the Herd and City of Raleigh programs. This full-time, onsite role is based at the Cary, NC Farm and extends to Raleigh, NC.

You will develop systems, track compliance, and coordinate program delivery to advance CORRAL’s mission. The position requires data-driven oversight, collaboration with the Grants team, and leadership in maintaining participant files, intake, and performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across diverse groups; active listening, empathy, professionalism, diplomacy, and respect.
• Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Join the Herd program logistics, track deliverables, and ensure all services run seamlessly.
• Inputs all data into NC Allies (Join the Herd and Riding Academy) for outcome measures and monitoring.
• Partners with Grants team on compliance needs for grants.
• Oversees Alumni outreach and future community building efforts.
• Works to eradicate cultural barriers for participants to engage in services; organizes transportation support.
