Job summary

Catapult, in partnership with CORRAL, is seeking an experienced Equine Manager for the Cary, NC Farm. This full-time, onsite role requires working Saturdays and involves overseeing horse care, training, and the Riding Academy to support CORRAL's programs.

You will lead the Equine and Facilities Volunteer Teams, manage barn operations, and coordinate with staff to ensure safe, therapeutic equine sessions for CORRAL's participants.

Qualifications

• Experience in Natural Horsemanship
• Advanced or professional riding experience in any discipline
• Associate's Degree in Human Services or equivalent experience with CORRAL's population

Responsibilities

• Lead the riding academy's equine component and design lesson plans for riding and therapy
• Coordinate with Programming Team to monitor progress and schedule
• Plan horse-related activities and supervise volunteers
• Maintain barn, tack, feed, and equipment
• Oversee farm operations and safety
