Mission Pet Health is seeking a receptionist to join Prescott Animal Hospital Equine Center, focusing on exceptional client service, seamless care coordination, and compassionate patient care. You will answer calls, manage appointments, and support financial transactions while promoting preventive care.

The role requires a friendly, organized, and team-oriented approach, with flexibility for some weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and love for animals.
• Excellent communication skills to handle stressful situations with good judgment.
• Strong organizational abilities to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
• Team-player with ability to work independently; experience with veterinary software preferred; some weekend/holiday shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointments, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
