Job summary

Vetcor in the United States is seeking an experienced Equine Veterinary Technician/Receptionist to join our growing equine practice. You will assist veterinarians with examinations, procedures, anesthesia, and nursing care while also coordinating client communications, appointments, and farm visits.

This unique hybrid role lets you work hands-on with horses and support clients through treatment plans, follow-ups, and documentation, with a stable Monday–Friday schedule and benefits that support

Qualifications

Prior equine veterinary technician experience preferred.
Strong equine handling and restraint skills.
Excellent customer-service and client-communication abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist veterinarians with examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
Safely restrain and care for equine patients.
Record patient histories, vital signs, and treatments.
Administer medications, vaccines, fluids, and treatments per vet direction.
Coordinate appointments, farm calls, and follow-up care with clients.
Maintain client and patient records and manage billing/invoicing.
