National Veterinary Associates is seeking a Practice Manager for Abraham’s Equine Clinic in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. You will collaborate with the Managing Veterinarian and staff to ensure exceptional client service and effective operations across two locations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of leadership experience in a veterinary setting, strong knowledge of HR practices, and excellent communication skills. Join a respected team committed to equine health and client trust.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a veterinary or medical practice leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and financial reporting.
• Horse industry background or equine experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Managing Veterinarian to set and achieve strategic goals.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and manage compliance.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of support staff.
