Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Server to join our hospitality team in a dynamic food and beverage environment. The role focuses on delivering guest-first service, coordinating with culinary and banquet teams, and ensuring accurate orders per established standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean areas, following safety protocols, and supporting events while providing professional, responsive service to guests and fellow staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred for supervisory roles.
• Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred; requirements vary by position.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices appropriate to the role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Pay Range

Starting from USD $17.13/Hr.

Job Purpose

The Food & Beverage position supports the hotel's food and beverage operations by preparing, serving, or coordinating quality products and exceptional guest service. This position follows established standards for food safety, cleanliness, presentation, and service while contributing to an efficient and welcoming dining experience.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.

• Work in hot, cold, wet, or otherwise varying environments as required.
