Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Compliance and Contract Management, the individual will deliver training, foster collaboration across campus, and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in a complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five years of related or transferable experience, including demonstrable investigatory experience.
• Working knowledge of student, employee, civil rights, and legal issues facing universities.
• Ability to foster an integrated team approach and implement effective programs.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, mediation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigations and resolution processes for discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and policy violations.
• Provide guidance and support to the university community and strengthen policies and response processes.
• Develop and deliver training and education related to equal opportunity, Title IX, and ADA/504 compliance.
• Collaborate with campus partners to promote equity, inclusion, accountability, and a safe learning environment.
