  • Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to crisis situations.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Compliance and Contract Management, the Assistant Director will coordinate the University’s efforts to comply with its responsibilities under:Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and any related regulations, including those promulgated thereunder in May 2020Relevant provisions of the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964Title VI of the Education Amendments of 1972Relevant provisions of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics ActAmericans with Disabilities Act of 1990Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973The Assistant Director will oversee investigations and resolution processes related to discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and other policy violations, while ensuring compliance with Title IX, ADA/Section 504, and related requirements. The role will provide guidance and support to the University community, strengthen policies and response processes, and develop and deliver related training and education.
