The Director oversees office operations, supervises administrative staff, manages academic systems and workflows, coordinates committees and institutional initiatives, and develops processes that enhance operational effectiveness and decision-making across Academic Affairs.The Director partners with academic leaders and campus stakeholders to coordinate projects, communications, budgets, events, reporting, and administrative processes that support faculty affairs, accreditation, assessment, enrollment, and strategic priorities. This role serves as a key operational partner in building efficient systems, improving workflows, and ensuring responsive support for the academic mission.
