Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college.
• Experience: 2 years of HR/legal/compliance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Preferred: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licenses: SHRM-CP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Uses independent judgment to analyze ADA accommodation requests and determine eligibility.
• Conducts internal investigations of discrimination and harassment complaints.
• Performs case-management and maintains filing/databases for reports.
• Assists with coordination/completion of reports mandated by external regulatory entities.
• Analyzes complaints and prepares reports with investigative findings.
• Provides guidance on Equal Employment Opportunity matters to employees and managers.
