Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of experience in higher education, Title IX, EEO, compliance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Intake, interview individuals and gather detailed information in a sensitive, effective manner.
• Draft intake summaries to guide jurisdictional coverage and case assignment.
• Draft closure documentation and referrals to other UNLV departments.
• Maintain organized case documentation and correspondence in Maxient.
• Serve as subject matter expert on campus resources and interim remedies.
• Draft/oversee no-contact orders and coordinate accommodations with faculty.
• Track all supportive measures and administrative actions in Maxient.
• Triage NAVEX/EthicsPoint reports and coordinate with Director on referrals.
• Gather documentation and assist responses to EEOC/OCR and other agencies.
• Support data requests, public records, and institutional metrics reporting.
• Provide third-party note-taking during investigations and draft summaries.
• Answer main phone line and assist walk-in visitors when needed.
• Produce clear, professional written communications for intake and investigations.
