Job summary

UNLV Office of Equal Employment and Title IX invites applications for Equal Employment and Title IX Analyst. The Analyst serves as the primary liaison for individuals reporting concerns of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and supports investigators with intake and documentation.

The Analyst, under the Director’s supervision, conducts intakes, coordinates case documentation, drafts comprehensive intake summaries, and provides support to office investigators and administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience in higher education, Title IX, equal employment opportunity, or related compliance field.
• Experience in intake, documentation, and coordinating with investigators is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intake, assessment, and case management for discrimination and retaliation concerns.
• Conduct intakes as the primary contact, gathering detailed information sensitively.
• Prepare intake summaries to aid jurisdictional decisions.
• Draft closing documents and facilitate referrals to campus resources.
• Maintain case records in Maxient and track supportive measures.
