Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an eProcurement Systems Manager to define requirements, design and functionality of the eProcurement tool and to become the subject matter expert for implementation, testing, training, and end-user communication.

The role drives strategic procurement initiatives, collaborates across teams, and leads complex projects that deliver measurable business value. This is a senior contributor role within a global/north America context, offering growth and incentives.

The eProcurement Systems Manager will work with global and North America project teams to define requirements, overall design and functionality of eProcurement tool.

You will drive the strategic execution of supply management and procurement initiatives that elevate operational efficiency and commercial performance. You will partner across teams to implement innovative solutions, lead complex projects, and activate programs that deliver measurable business growth and value.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $100130 - $155540

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

• Manage the full lifecycle of supplier enablement, procurement-to-pay (P2P), and master data projects, ensuring effective design, planning, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and communication among Supply Management, technology, finance, marketing, vendors, and other internal and external partners to drive project success.
• Develop and execute rollout strategies, training programs, and communication plans to support new client onboarding, system launches, and supply chain initiatives.
• Lead category management efforts including contract negotiation, vendor management, cost control, compliance, and risk mitigation aligned with company policies.
• Oversee Salesforce platform management and analytics, providing data-driven insights, dashboards, training, and continuous improvement to enhance operational transparency and accountability.
• Support supplier engagement and growth initiatives through collaborative partnerships, data-driven business opportunities, event management, and alignment with organizational goals for measurable impact.
