Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an electric utility or related role.
- Strong leadership of R&D programs with budgeting and delivery accountability.
- Proven utility-facing communication, executive presence, and facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate EPRI engagement across FE with subject matter experts.
- Co-administrator of EPRI program (METT).
- Manage annual portfolio, funding, and product credit utilization.
- Develop research proposals, publish technical materials, and present results.
- Plan and present SME meetings, track engagement metrics, and report to senior leadership.
