Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp is seeking a senior role in the Compliance & Industry Engagement group to drive FE's involvement with EPRI, identify SME engagement, and manage research portfolios across grid modernization and related technologies. You will develop proposals, coordinate with subject matter experts, and communicate results to senior leadership.

The position requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field and at least 8 years of utility or consulting experience, with strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in research/portfolio leadership for utilities or consultants.
• Demonstrated leadership of research and development programs or portfolios, including planning and budgeting.
• Strong communication, project management, and facilitation skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate EPRI engagement across FE with SMEs and stakeholders.
