Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of engineering experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Ability to solve problems and work in a team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must obtain TWIC and possess a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Optimize operations to meet business goals (EH&S, production, cost, quality).
• Participate in advanced troubleshooting and document findings.
• Network with engineers to leverage knowledge on plant operations.
• Update plant operating procedures to stay current.
• Support regulatory compliance and process control optimization.
• Coordinate during planned shutdowns and maintenance activities.
• Develop job scopes and provide technical support during turnarounds.
