Job summary

Steel Coated Flooring in Nashville, TN is seeking an Epoxy Floor Specialist to install epoxy flooring, supervise job sites, and help grow into a leadership role.

This full-time role requires 1 year of epoxy flooring, 1 year concrete finishing, and 1 year urethane cement finishing experience, plus a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50 pounds. You’ll follow safety protocols, operate grinding equipment, and progressively mentor new hires as you advance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of epoxy flooring experience (required).
• 1 year of concrete finishing experience (required).
• 1 year of urethane cement finishing experience (required).
• Driver's License (required).
• Ability to commute to various job sites.
• Physical fitness to repetitively lift at least 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute epoxy flooring projects to meet job specifications.
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and promote a safety culture.
• Operate grinding machines to match grinding, honing, and polishing levels.
• Handle vehicles and industry equipment following safety procedures.
• Install epoxy materials, joint fillers, overlays, and densifiers.
• Communicate professionally with customers and manage paperwork.
• Contribute to quality control and mentor new hires as needed.
• Clean up work areas and dispose of debris properly.
