Job summary

Garagewerx of Texas is seeking a Lead Installer who will work hands-on with the crew to ensure top-tier epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings are installed to the highest standards in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including Plano. You will lead, supervise, and deliver flawless results on every job.

The role requires 5+ years of concrete coating experience, expertise in epoxy/polyurethane/polyaspartic systems, and strong surface prep skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years verifiable concrete coating experience.
• High proficiency in epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic systems.
• Strong surface prep knowledge (grinding, crack repair, joint fill).
• Consistent flake & quartz broadcasting at medium to full densities.
• Experience with metallic and solid color systems.
• Ability to identify moisture or adhesion risks before they become failures.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example as a hands-on crew leader.
• Be accountable for final floor quality.
• Direct production pace and crew direction.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites and clear customer communication.
• Own the installation results alongside your crew.
