Job summary

Jack Laurie Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Epoxy Installer to join our commercial flooring team. This hands-on role focuses on fluid-applied flooring systems and polished concrete in various environments. Prior flooring or coatings experience is preferred, with growth opportunities into skilled epoxy or concrete specialist tracks.

Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour based on experience. This full-time position includes on-site work with travel to multiple job sites and a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in flooring or coatings preferred.
• Familiarity with epoxy, urethane, MMA, or polished concrete is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor (standing, bending, lifting 50+ lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of epoxy and other fluid-applied flooring systems.
• Support polished concrete preparation and finishing.
• Surface preparation including grinding, cleaning, patching, and moisture mitigation.
• Mix and apply materials according to specifications.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Follow job site safety standards and company procedures.
• Work as part of a crew to meet quality and production goals.
• Travel to job sites as required.
