Jack Laurie Group is expanding our Specialty Surfaces Division in Fort Wayne, IN, and we’re seeking experienced epoxy, resinous, and fluid-applied flooring installers and foremen willing to relocate.

You’ll join a Midwest contractor known for safety, craftsmanship, and steady, year-round work. Compensation ranges from $25–$35+ per hour with relocation assistance, overtime, and clear pathways to lead installer roles.

Qualifications

• Experience with epoxy, resinous and fluid-applied flooring is required.
• Ability to interpret specs and blueprints for complex flooring systems.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience on field teams.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial/industrial epoxy and resinous flooring systems to spec.
• Oversee and train installers and foremen; maintain safety/quality standards.
• Read and interpret project documentation; coordinate with trades and supervision.
