Zusammenfassung

QXO is seeking a Quality Control Inspector / Machine Operator for the Epoxy Coating Line in Dallas. You will ensure product quality and safe line operation, perform setup, inspections, testing, and documentation, and support continuous improvement with Quality Assurance.

You will collaborate with Production and Engineering to maintain high standards and safety compliance, including calibration checks and process control on the epoxy line.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in quality control, manufacturing, or process inspection.
• Familiarity with ASTM, ISO quality systems, or similar programs preferred.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment and automated production systems is a plus.
• Ability to read technical specs, blueprints, and quality standards.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine quality inspections throughout manufacturing.
• Conduct product testing using approved instruments and gauges.
• Verify products meet customer specs and company standards.
• Document defects, deviations, and quality concerns clearly.
• Maintain inspection records and calibration of testing equipment.
• Support internal quality audits and corrective actions with teams.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment safely.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and process improvements.
