Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Welding, cutting, fabrication, or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate cable fabrication and production equipment according to work orders, production schedules, and specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure products are manufactured accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure proper alignment, positioning, and preparation of materials throughout the production process.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and routine operational checks.
• Report equipment malfunctions or operational concerns promptly.
• Assemble, bundle, and prepare finished products according to production requirements.
• Carry, stack, organize, and stage finished products for storage or shipment.
• Count, organize, and prepare materials and hardware needed for production orders.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely when authorized.
