QXO is seeking a Machine Operator in its Fabrication division. You will safely produce quality products per work orders in a team environment, with cross-training on lamination machine operations to meet customer requirements.

The role requires at least 2 years in manufacturing, forklift experience preferred, and adherence to safety protocols. Local travel may be required, and the position is safety sensitive.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing work environment.
• Prior forklift experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of good attendance and being on time according to work schedule.
• If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required.

Mansioni

• Safely operate and switch between manual equipment up to two types (e.g., Router, Bands Saw, Pipe cover saw...).
• Understand purchase orders and product descriptions to determine manufacturing requirements.
• Perform machine setup or changeover for new jobs.
• Make machine adjustments and use hand tools as needed.
• Ensure products meet dimensions and quality requirements.
• Adhere to Lock Out / Tag Out safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and participate in safety training.
• Complete tasks efficiently as directed by supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
