Job summary

QXO is seeking an entry-level to mid-level Machine Operator for our Fabrication division in Pasadena, Texas. The role involves safely producing laminated products per work orders in a team environment and requires cross-training on multiple lamination-related machines.

You will set up and adjust equipment, verify quality, and maintain safe work practices. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years in manufacturing, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing work environment.
• Prior forklift experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely produce a quality product according to customer work orders in a team setting.
• Cross-train on lamination machine operations and related equipment.
• Setup or change over machines for new jobs and adjust blades or spray guns.
• Ensure product dimensions and quality requirements are met; report defects.
• Comply with Lock Out/Tag Out safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with daily housekeeping and general shop duties as assigned.
