Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IS, or related field and 3 years coordinating technical projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning and delivery across the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO).
• Track schedules, milestones, and financials, and prepare status reports.
• Prepare meeting materials and executive-ready communications.
• Support PI planning and prioritization with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and dashboards across portfolio tools.
• Assist with process improvements and governance activities.
