Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management to lead client engagements in FinTech, guiding design and implementation of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation using leading EPM tools.

You will manage project teams, drive business development across strategic accounts, ensure quality and risk management, and translate complex business needs into practical, technology-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in the following focus areas: master data management, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting
• Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan (Certified Model Builder), Oracle Consolidations (FCCS/HFM), Oracle Planning (Hyperion Planning / PBCS / ePBCS), OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik)
• A strong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts and practices for EPM tools including AI capabilities
• Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions - strong analytical and problem-solving skills - actively participate in brainstorming, identifying core issues and effectively finding and using data to manage complex analysis
• Proven track record of successful solution / architecture design

• Systems Admins for EPM solutions
• Long range, strategic, AOP/Forecasting or capital planner

• A willingness to travel to meet client needs.
