Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management to lead engagements delivering finance planning, forecasting, and consolidation solutions. You will guide architecture, ensure alignment with business outcomes, and manage cross-functional teams across client projects.

You will bring deep knowledge of EPM tools (Anaplan, FCCS, Hyperion, OneStream) and a strong track record in delivering value through analytics, process design, and implementation leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in complex consultative services in EPM topics.
• Experience with modern EPM solutions (Anaplan, FCCS/HFM, Hyperion, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik).
• Knowledge of AI in EPM and ability to translate business issues into value-added solutions.
• Proven ability to lead, design solutions, and manage client engagements.
