Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) within the Tech Consulting FinTech practice. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, guiding architects, analysts, and clients to design and implement forecasting, planning, budgeting, and financial consolidation.

You’ll lead project teams, manage risk, drive business development, and mentor junior consultants while delivering value across advisory engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant experience.
• Five years’ experience in complex consultative services in EPM: master data mgmt, actual consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Strong knowledge of modern EPM solutions and AI capabilities.
• Proven track record translating business challenges into value-add EPM solutions.
• Experience in solution/architecture design and client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams across finance solutions for clients.
• Oversee delivery of EPM tools, finance processes and transformations.
• Guide solution architecture and implementation planning.
• Drive business development on strategic and global priority accounts.
• Ensure quality, risk management and on-time delivery.
