Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management within our Tech Consulting FinTech practice, focusing on delivering finance solutions and guiding complex EPM architectures for diverse clients across the US. You’ll lead project teams, shape strategic finance processes, and drive business development on global priority accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in complex consultative services with EPM tools; travel is expected to meet client needs and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant experience.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in the following focus areas: master data management, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan (Certified Model Builder), Oracle Consolidations (FCCS/HFM), Oracle Planning (Hyperion Planning / PBCS / ePBCS), OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik)
• A strong working knowledge and point of view on evolving concepts and practices for EPM tools including AI capabilities.
• Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions - strong analytical and problem-solving skills - actively participate in brainstorming, identifying core issues and effectively finding and using data to manage complex analysis
• Proven track record of successful solution / architecture design
• Our candidates have a variety of backgrounds including: Controllership and Financial Reporting support, Financial analyst and FP&A support, Systems Admins for EPM solutions, Long range, strategic, AOP/Forecasting or capital planner, Systems implementation consultant, EPM Solution Architect, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
• A willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and deliver finance solutions for clients.
• Lead business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
• Oversee the effective management and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management.
• Assist in the solution architecture and implementation of EPM tools, finance processes and transformational solutions.
