EY is recruiting a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management to bridge complex business problems with innovative technical solutions across forecasting, budgeting and consolidation. You will guide requirement analysis, solution architecture and implementation for global clients, while mentoring junior consultants and driving high-quality outcomes.

This role emphasizes strong communication, risk management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable IT-enabled finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant experience.
• Five years’ experience in complex consultative services in EPM—MDM, actual consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Experience with modern EPM tools: Anaplan, FCCS/HFM, Hyperion planning/deployments, OneStream, Pigment or Tagetik.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate business issues into value‑add solutions.
• Proven track record of solution/architecture design across finance processes.
• Backgrounds in Controllership/FP&A, systems admins for EPM, strategic planning or capital planning.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and deliver finance solutions for diverse clients.
• Lead business development activities on strategic, global priority accounts.
• Oversee delivery quality, risk management and timely project execution.
• Guide architecture and implementation of EPM tools and finance transformations.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative culture.
