Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management to bridge business problems and IT solutions, focusing on forecasting, budgeting, actual consolidations, and BI reporting.

You will lead project teams, guide solution architecture, and work with clients on complex finance transformations using leading EPM tools such as Anaplan, Oracle FCCS, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Pigment, and Tagetik.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years relevant experience.
• Five years in complex consultative services in EPM: MD consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Working knowledge of modern EPM tools (e.g. Anaplan, FCCS/HFM, Hyperion Planning / PBCS / ePBCS, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate business needs into value-add solutions.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
