Role Description

We seek a highly skilled EPM Consultant to join us full-time remotely. You will lead end-to-end implementations, optimize existing EPM solutions, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading EPM implementations and driving adoption (e.g., Pigment and Workday Adaptive Planning)
2. Establishing and refining delivery processes
3. Training and upskilling clients and team members
4. Collaborating cross-functionally for quality solution delivery
5. Traveling up to 50% based on project needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading EPM projects (e.g., Pigment, Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Tagetik)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with ERP system integrations
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely in cross-functional teams
• Background in project management or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
• Based in the US or Canada
