Job summary

A Silicon Valley startup is seeking a highly skilled epitaxy process engineer to develop GaAs epitaxy processes for micro-LED display technologies. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, hands-on experience in MOCVD epitaxy growth engineering, and proficiency in characterizing epitaxy wafers. This role involves optimizing growth recipes, monitoring material properties, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective implementation. Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience in compound semiconductor MOCVD epitaxial growth engineering.
• Experience with characterization techniques including PL, SIMS, XRD, AFM, and TEM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize epitaxial growth recipes for InGaAlP micro-LED display.
• Monitor and analyze key material properties with metrology tools.
• Collaborate with teams to align epitaxial structures with performance requirements.
