Qualifications
3 years of hands-on experience in compound semiconductor MOCVD epitaxial growth engineering.
Experience with characterization techniques including PL, SIMS, XRD, AFM, and TEM.
Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze key material properties with metrology tools.
Collaborate with teams to align epitaxial structures with performance requirements.
