Google Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Epi Process Engineer to own driving epitaxy growth processes for our microLED technology at scale, ensuring smooth process and operation methodology for volume manufacturing.

You will collaborate with Epi, Equipment Engineering, and Operations teams, focusing on problem solving and scalable process improvements in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience working in epitaxial growth.
• 5 years of experience in technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive Epi growth processes for microLED technology at scale.
• Ensure smooth process and operation methodology for volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Epi, Equipment Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Support learning and development of novel processes with production toolsets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
