Job summary

Texas Instruments in Sherman, TX seeks an Epi Process Development Engineer to own development, integration, and qualification of Epi for LBC11 flows, enabling TI's technology ramp from development to high-volume manufacturing. The Epi processes you develop will run on every wafer at SMFAB.

You will drive process improvements, work with cross-functional teams, and collaborate with vendors to deliver performance and uptime improvements that impact next-generation products in the market.

Qualifications

• Experience developing epi processes for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to plan and drive schedules to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication across multiple teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Drive Epi process and device improvements through characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis and simulation.
• Work with process, integration, reliability, packaging and test engineers to achieve goals.
• Identify and optimize performance to meet device parameters for next-gen products.
• Partner with vendors to deliver improvements such as PPH, cycle time, stability, and uptime.
