Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Epi/Epitaxy Process Engineer in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes for improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
  • Execute improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction, quality, and new product support.
  • Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a high-volume 200mm wafer fab.
  • Identify systematic process or equipment problems and communicate findings to engineering staff.
  • Support ramp with equipment/startup and process experiments (SWRs).
  • Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.
