Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Be curious and drive results.
• Support manufacturing operations in high-interrupt and ramping environments.
• Develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures and processes to improve efficiency, yields, and quality.
• Lead improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, or new product support.
• Perform lot and equipment dispositions to maintain continuous production flow.
