Zusammenfassung

Ohioans Home Healthcare is seeking an Episode Management Nurse to support patients from start to finish, using clinical knowledge and OASIS expertise. This 8am–5pm in-office role offers a balanced work-life with no evenings, weekends, or on-call requirements, and a culture of respect, strong training, and solid leadership support.

Candidates must be an RN licensed in Ohio (willing to obtain Michigan license) with OASIS/MDS experience preferred, and be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Qualifikationen

• RN with one year OASIS or MDS experience preferred.
• Must have a current license as a Registered Nurse in Ohio and willing to get license in Michigan.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills, nursing skills per competency checklist.
• Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision, as well as good organizational skills.
