Qualifications

• RN with one year OASIS or MDS experience preferred.
• Must have a current Registered Nurse license in Ohio.
• Willing to obtain Michigan RN license if required.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, math, and nursing skills per competency checklist.
• Self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision and good organizational skills.

Requirements

• Live in-house training in our Perrysburg Corporate and Dayton Area office
• No on-call
• RN with one year OASIS or MDS experience preferred
• Must have a current license as a Registered Nurse in Ohio and willing to get license in Michigan
• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills, nursing skills per competency checklist
• Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision, as well as good organizational skills
