Job summary

NeuroPace, Inc. is seeking an Associate Therapy Consultant/Market Development Rep for the New York territory. You will build relationships with epileptologists, neurologists, and neurosurgeons to promote the RNS System and expand the company’s clinical practice in epilepsy care.

The role requires strong clinical workflow understanding, solution-selling skills, and the ability to educate clinicians and patients about NeuroPace’s products across diverse formats and platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ sales experience within the medical device industry or similar; implantable devices preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; travel ~80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop aggressive sales strategy to win new accounts and grow existing ones.
• Cultivate physician champions for product adoption in new accounts.
• Educate customers on NeuroPace RNS System through demos and presentations.
