Job summary

All new contractors must be Tennessee residents. Contractors relocating to Tennessee must establish residency prior to their start date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain REDCap data collection systems for the CHANT program.
  • Build and modify SAS code and REDCap projects based on program requirements.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on program participation and outcomes.
  • Clean, analyze, and validate data; develop visualizations and data outputs.
  • Respond to data requests from leadership, regional teams, stakeholders, and public health partners.
  • Provide technical assistance to non-technical staff on REDCap, SOPs, and data processes.
  • Translate program requirements into effective data collection and reporting solutions.
  • Support CHANT data system integration and related public health surveillance projects.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, statistics, public health, health informatics, or a related field. Experience in maternal and child health, epidemiology, program evaluation, or rural health preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAS/statistical programming.
  • Experience with data management, analysis, reporting, and complex databases.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Public health/health data experience preferred.
