Job summary

Galco Industrial Electronics in Madison Heights, MI is seeking an Enterprise System Analyst to support and improve its Epicor Prophet 21 environment. Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hands-on Epicor Prophet 21 experience in support, configuration, or development.
• Strong understanding of distribution operations including quoting, order entry, pricing, inventory, and invoicing.
• Proficient in C#/.NET development and able to diagnose failures in existing code.
• Solid SQL skills and knowledge of Prophet 21 database structures.
• Experience configuring P21 or supporting custom functionality in production.
• Experience with Crystal Reports and report customization.
• Familiar with APIs and structured data (JSON/XML).
• Experience with Git and standard release procedures.
• Ability to translate business needs to technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance P21 across Galco’s locations; guide functionality.
• Investigate ERP issues using data and code; coordinate with Epicor.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Finance to improve workflows.
• Develop and troubleshoot C#/.NET code for P21 rules and automation.
• Configure and support DynaChange, portals, alerts, and tasks.
• Support API integrations and EDI processes; fix data issues.
• Create/maintain Crystal Reports, SQL queries, and operational reports.
• Test upgrades and changes; coordinate UAT.
• Maintain access controls per requirements.
• Assist ERP implementations and data conversions.
• Document functionality; provide end-user training.
• Use source control and track progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
