Our client is seeking a Epicor Kinetic Technical Analyst to play a key role in enhancing and optimizing their ERP ecosystem. You’ll work closely with business users, vendors, and internal teams to design technical solutions that directly improve operations and enable smarter decision-making.

This role can be remote, with periodic onsite presence, for candidates residing in: IL, MI, AZ, AR, TX, or GA

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain BAQs (including multi-level and updateable BAQs) for dashboards, reporting, and data extraction
• Build and support Epicor Functions and BPMs to streamline and automate business processes
• Develop and refine user experiences using Kinetic Application Studio customizations
• Collaborate with vendors to design, document, and implement EDI integrations for key customers
• Support system upgrades, testing, and ongoing Epicor Kinetic enhancement initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in partnership with business users and external vendors
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on data visibility, process efficiency, and system integration

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP
• Strong expertise with BAQs, dashboards, BPMs, data directives, and method directives
• Solid understanding of Kinetic architecture and Application Studio
• Experience supporting or working with EDI integrations
• Familiarity with Kinetic APIs and system integrations
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments with understanding of core operational processes
• Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with users and vendors
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, onsite environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Epicor Automation Studio (workflow recipes, triggers, integrations)
• Background supporting ERP upgrades and system testing cycles
• Exposure to reporting, data visualization, and dashboard-heavy environments
