Search-Leaders, LL is seeking a full-time ERP/Finance Systems Analyst to optimize Epicor Kinetic across GL, AP/AR, Asset Management, and Cost Accounting in Minneapolis, MN. You will collaborate with finance and IT to implement scalable ERP enhancements and automate workflows.

The role requires deep Epicor experience, strong finance knowledge, SQL/DMT proficiency, and ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Epicor ERP experience required, Kinetic preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting operations.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and Epicor DMT for data management and reporting.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Experience with testing, validation, and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Bridge finance operations and ERP technology to optimize financial workflows.
• Design, configuration, and optimization of Epicor Kinetic modules (GL, AP/AR, Asset Management, Cost Accounting).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Improve forecasting, month-end close, and finance processes via automation and scalable enhancements.
• Use SQL and DMT for data migration, upgrades, integrations, validation, and reporting accuracy.
• Create BRDs, functional/technical specs, and end-user training materials.
• Provide production support and ensure ERP availability and reliability.
• Present recommendations and progress clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Promote continuous improvement with emerging technologies and standard Epicor solutions.
