Job summary

Trexon, an Amphenol company, seeks an ERP System Administrator to maintain Epicor across multiple company instances supporting manufacturing, finance, and quality. This is a hands-on role in a well‑resourced ERP team with ownership potential over core system functionality.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Epicor ERP administration, BAQs/UBAQs, BPMs, SSRS, DMT, and Power BI, plus strong SQL and automation skills and familiarity with ITAR/CMMC in an ERP context.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Epicor ERP administration.
• Experience deploying BAQs, UBAQs, BPMs, dashboards and reports.
• Strong SQL and data-management capabilities.
• Familiar with ITAR/CMMC in an ERP context.

Responsibilities

• Provide user and security administration across all company instances.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues; escalate when needed.
• Deploy customizations, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards across DEV/PILOT/PROD.
• Own ERP ticketing system; log, prioritize and track requests.
• Coordinate environment maintenance and deployments with hosting/ MSP.
• Maintain backups, monitor system health and uptime.
• Create and maintain documentation and end-user training materials.
