Eddy Pump Corporation, a leading engineering and manufacturing company specializing in advanced pump technologies for industries like oil and gas, mining, wastewater, and dredging, is seeking a detail-oriented Epicor AR/AP Specialist to join our finance team in Houston. The role focuses on managing and optimizing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes within the Epicor ERP system, ensuring accurate financial operations and supporting the company’s mission to provide cutting-edge solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate processing within Epicor ERP.
  • Accounts Payable (AP): Oversee vendor payments, invoice verification, and expense tracking, maintaining compliance with financial policies.
  • Epicor ERP Management: Utilize Epicor’s financial modules to process transactions, generate reports, and optimize workflows, including intercompany transactions and inventory management.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate AP/AR records, filing documents daily, and ensuring general ledger accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, supply chain) to resolve discrepancies and support financial operations.
