Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center is seeking an Epic Web and Service Server Administrator (WSSA) to install, configure, and manage Epic client applications and web servers. The role involves proactive monitoring, deployment, and maintenance within the Epic Client Systems Administrator group.

You will handle print infrastructure, security monitoring, and enterprise deployment platforms while collaborating with IT teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and monitoring high availability IRIS and related infrastructure systems.
• Work history/knowledge of Microsoft Windows server administration.
• Prior experience in primary application deployment platforms such as Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, VMware Horizon Hosted, VMware Horizon View, or Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.
• Expertise in the Microsoft Windows server administration.
• Expertise in virtualization platforms such as Citrix XenServer, VMware ESXi, or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Experience with hardware or software load balancing solutions such as F5 Big-IP or Citrix Netscaler.
• Working knowledge of IIS administration and network protocols (TCP/IP, AD, DNS, FTP/SCP, HTTP).

Responsibilities

• Install and administer Epic client applications or Epic web and service servers.
• Configure, deploy, monitor, and maintain Epic-related infrastructure.
• Manage print queues and Epic printing infrastructure.
• Monitor security and performance of web and application servers.
• Participate in change control and capacity planning for Epic environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and reliability.
