Job summary

Heritage Medical Associates is looking for a Trainer to provide foundational and ongoing training for clinical and non-clinical staff in Nashville, TN. The Trainer will collaborate with leadership to enhance training programs and support a smooth onboarding process.

This role requires strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and experience in a healthcare setting. Preferred qualifications include an accredited medical assistant program degree, BLS certification, and EPIC training experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• BLS certified required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foundational training for new hires.
• Deliver remedial training and support for existing staff.
• Work with Clinical Nurse Educator and Nursing Director to enhance training programs.
• Facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
